- 10 minutes on the elliptical
- 10 minutes on the bike
- 10 MORE minutes on the elliptical
- 20 minutes on the treadmill
- 3 sets of 10 reps each of 4 different upper body exercises with free weights

OH!....forgot to mention....my 64 ounces of water for the day has been had!
